TEXAS HASH 
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 green peppers, chopped fine
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. tomatoes, stewed
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fry onion and pepper, add meat and fry until scrambled. Add tomatoes, rice, seasoning and mix. Put in large casserole and cover. Cook 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
