TEXAS HASH 
3 lg. onions
1 green pepper
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. tomatoes
1 can baked beans
1/2 c. rice, uncooked, or 2 c. noodles
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Saute onions and green pepper in 3 tablespoons oil. Add hamburger and brown; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
