BAKED LASAGNA 
1 jar Classico brand pasta sauce - tomato and basil variety
1 lb. lean ground beef

Brown and drain meat, add sauce and simmer.

CHEESE FILLING:

Mix: 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Boil lasagna noodles (or wide egg noodles) in water with 2 tbsp. oil.

In oblong (greased) baking pan layer:

1/2 noodles

1/2 cheese mixture

1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

1/2 the sauce

Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese. Bake on cookie sheet to catch drips at 375 degrees 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
