BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. chopped beef
1 onion
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. water
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Cook lasagna as directed. Make sauce. Brown beef in oil. Add onion, salt, and pepper, garlic salt and tomato paste (diluted). Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add sweet basil and oregano to taste. Alternately place in pan in layers: sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese, Mozzarella until pan is full. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
