BAKED CUSTARD 
1/4 c. rice flour
3 c. soy milk, scalded (or almond milk)
4 eggs
5 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla
sprinkle with nutmeg

Pour all ingredients in blender (except nutmeg). Blend on blend cycle, then put in casserole dish or cups. Have a pan filled with hot water to set cups in. This recipe makes its own crust. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
