HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, and stir. Do not beat until dry ingredients are well mixed. Stir in 1 cup of the nuts and the bananas. Stir to mix. Spoon into well greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until tested and done.

ICING INGREDIENTS:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
