TONI'S RING OF COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut
1 egg

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3 tbsp. hot water

Combine cake ingredients, sugar, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Stir in nuts by hand. Pour 1/2 batter in greased and floured bundt pan. Carefully spoon filling over batter. Top with remaining batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 70-75 minutes. Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool. Mix glaze together and drizzle over cake.
