TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 pt. sour cream 1 lb. frozen cut string beans, defrosted 1 raw egg 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can creamed mushroom soup 1 can tuna 2 tbsp. butter Noodles (#2 Foodtown brand is best) 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded Mix all ingredients; then add noodles on top and shredded Cheddar cheese on top of noodles. (Noodles must be cooked separately in a large pot first and then drained). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. For the last 10 minutes uncover in order to brown. Makes 8 servings. |
