TERIYAKI SAUCE MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
3-4 lb. meat (beef or chicken)

Combine all ingredients. Cover meat with marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
