CORN PUFFS 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. freshly scraped corn kernels
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
Fat fry deep frying

Combine eggs and corn in bowl. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Fold this into corn mixture. Drop by small spoonfuls into fat heated to 365 degrees. Cook until golden brown. Drain of paper towels and serve hot. 4 dozen.
