CALIFORNIA CASSEROLE 
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1/4 c. oil
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round or beef
Chili powder, salt, pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. chopped ripe olives
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream style corn
4 oz. chopped pimento
10 oz. pkg. sm. spaghetti noodles, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. pieces

Saute green pepper, onion and beef in oil. Season. Add tomato sauce, olives, soup, corn, pimento, and cooked noodles. Fold in cheese. Bake in casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8-12 servings. Good rewarmed and easy to double and freeze.
