OATMEAL BRICKLE COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. golden raisins
6 oz. pkg. almond brickle baking chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Mix flour, salt and baking soda together. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in oats, raisins, walnuts and baking chips, mixing well. Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 15 minutes.
