SCALLOPS CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. scallops (cut into sm. pieces)
1/2 stick butter (cut into slices)
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped sliced mushrooms
1/2 lemon squeeze juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Put all of the above ingredients in a casserole dish except cheese. Top with cheese. Put in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
