PEACH CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. peach puree
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
9" baked pie shell
4 c. sliced peaches

In pan combine cornstarch and sugar; blend in peach puree, water and lemon juice. Bring to boil, stirring; boil until thickened and clear. Remove from heat; cool.

Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly in the pie shell. Spoon the sliced peaches over the cream cheese; pour cooled puree mixture over peaches. Chill until serving time.
