CREAM CHEESE PEACH PIE | |
Crust: 3/4 c. plain flour 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. soft butter Mix together. Spoon mixture in dish. Spread evenly with spoon. Topping: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. syrup from peaches Cinnamon Mix cream cheese, sugar and syrup together and spread on top of peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Filling: 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, keep juice Layer peaches on top of crust. |
