PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 1 c. canned milk 1/4 c. butter 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, milk and butter in skillet and set on medium (280 degrees) heat. Boil for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, dissolve them, then add peanut butter and vanilla. Put in 8 inch pan. If you double this recipe, boil about 9 minutes. |
