BEAN DIP 
Use an 8 or 9 inch pie plate (glass).

Spread a thin layer of refried bean (1/2 to 1/3 inch)
4 tsp. sour cream (thinner than beans)
Salsa, 1/2 inch thick (your choice hot or mild)
Chopped tomato (if desired)
Black olives, sliced (if desired)
Grated sharp cheddar cheese on top (amount you prefer)
Jalapenos (to add taste even if you don't eat them)

Microwave on high 5 minutes. Place on low burner 1 minute. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
