UNCOOKED FRUIT CAKE 
3 (6 oz.) jars candied pineapple and cherries
2 lbs. sticky moist dates
1 box raisins
1 c. coconut
4 c. pecan halves
3 (11 oz.) boxes Sunshine vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs
2 cans Eagle Brand milk

Cut the fruit in small pieces; mix together. Pour crumbs over fruit; mix well. Add milk; mix and mix. Pack into foil lined loaf pan; refrigerate. Can be frozen.
