SPICY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut up
6 or 7 pkg. Sweet 'n Low
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place chicken in single layer in roaster. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.

Bake at 325°F degrees for 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through (breast should read 160°F.
