CINNAMON CANDY 
3 3/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. white Karo
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
1 c. water

Powdered sugar to line cookie sheet. 1. Boil sugar, Karo and water together to 300 to 310 degrees. 2. Remove from heat and add red food coloring. 3. Add cinnamon oil. 4. Pour into 2 cookie sheets lined with powdered sugar. 5. When cooled, crack into bite size pieces.
