FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
4 oz. natural Parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Dash garlic
8 oz. fettucini, cooked, drained
Ground nutmeg, optional

In medium saucepan, stir cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Toss with fettucini, sprinkle with nutmeg.
