3/4 lb. fettucini 1/2 c. butter, at room temperature 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream, at room temperature 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, at room temperature Cook fettucini according to package. Beat together butter, whipping cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Toss with drained fettucini. Serve on warmed dishes. Serves 4. |
