CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. cubed chicken
1 1/2 c. frozen thawed mixed vegetables
1 c. sour cream
1 (7.5 oz.) container Pillsbury biscuits
Parsley & paprika if desired

In a heavy skillet with lid: Saute onion in butter. Add flour and salt, blend until smooth. Add chicken broth and water, stir until thick. Add chicken, vegetables, sour cream and simmer until heated. Cut biscuits in 1/2 of 1/4, place on top of mixture. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Simmer covered 15 to 20 minutes longer. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
