PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 sleeve, crushed Ritz crackers

Mix drained pineapple and Cheddar cheese. In separate bowl, mix sugar and flour together. Combine these first 4 ingredients. Mix butter and crushed crackers together. Top casserole with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
