CHIMA CHUNGAS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 onion
1 tomato (optional)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can chili (no beans)
1/2 taco mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Sliced or shredded cheese

Brown meat and onion, drain fat. Add green chili, can of chili and seasonings. Simmer gently. Place a scoop of mixture in middle of tortilla and put a slice of cheese on top of mixture. Fold tortilla and secure with toothpicks. Fry fast in hot grease until golden brown.
