BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
5 c. flour
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. raisins
4 eggs
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk

Pour boiling water over two cups of Nabisco 100% Bran and let stand. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add bran with water and buttermilk. Stir well. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Bake in muffin pan at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Keeps 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
