OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.

Measure Kellogg's All Bran cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.

Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until tests done.

Yield: 12 muffins.
