BREAD PAKODA 
1/2 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. water
1 c. gram flour
7 slices bread
1/2 to 1/4 c. diced onion
2 to 3 green chilies
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 1/4 tsp. salt (level)
Oil for frying

Chop onion and green chilies. Remove crust from bread slices. Break each slice into 4 or 5 pieces and soak in water. Squeeze the water out of the bread. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Heat oil in skillet. Take small portions of dough and fry to golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
