BREADED POTATO SLICES | |
1 egg 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt 2 c. sliced raw potatoes, cut into about 20 1/3 inch slices Cracker crumbs Oil for frying Combine egg, milk and seasoned salt in a small bowl. Whip. Dip the raw potato slices in cracker crumbs. Then egg mixture, then cracker crumbs once more to coat well. In frying pan heat oil. Gradually add potato slices to oil. Fry until a delicate brown. Drain on paper towel. |
