BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1/3 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 bunch broccoli
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 c. light cream
3 whole eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
9 inch frozen pie shell

Steam broccoli until cooked. Scald light cream and let cool. Beat in eggs, salt and pepper to make cream mixture. Set aside. Mix onion and cheese together. Place 1/2 cheese mixture in pie shell. Spread broccoli over cheese. Spread remaining cheese over broccoli. EVENLY pour in cream mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
