PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Pork chops
Cabbage
Potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup (or your choice of cream soup) plus 1/2 can water
1 c. frozen peas or sm. pkg. broccoli

Flour pork chops, brown in oil in skillet. Shred cabbage in bottom of casserole. Place thick slices of potatoes over cabbage. Put peas or broccoli over potatoes. Pour creamed soup mixture over vegetables. Place creamed soup mixture over vegetables. Place browned pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are done.

NOTE: One or six pork chops or any size of casserole can be used depending on the number of servings you want.
