PASTA SALAD 
Rotini noodles (spinach, tomato, egg)
Green onions with tops, chopped
2-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Celery, chopped
Black olives (2 sm. cans), chopped
Mayonnaise
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. While noodles cook; soak chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of vinegar and set aside. Combine noodles, eggs (save some of the yolk to mix with the mayonnaise), celery, and black olives. Mix mayonnaise and egg yolk together to make a sauce; add salt and pepper, onions, and vinegar, and paprika. Add sauce to the other ingredients and chill before serving. You may also add chopped tomatoes if you desire.
