2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 (7 oz.) tubs Win Schuller's Bar cheese Seasoning according to taste 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 10 to 20 drops Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. A-1 steak sauce Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Make sure your cheeses are not cold on your ball will be lumpy. Chill about 1 hour. Finely chop 1 to 1 1/2 cups walnut meats. Remove ball from refrigerator and form into a ball and press walnuts into outside of cheese ball. |
