VEGELOAF 
2 c. canned green beans
1 c. liquid reserved from canned beans
1 egg white
3/4 c. brown rice, cooked
1/4 c. spaghetti sauce (no oil, no meat)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. cooked mushrooms, chopped
4 slices whole wheat bread (crumbs equal 2 c.)

Blend green beans and liquid in blender. Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and blend. Pour mixture into a bowl over crumbs and mix well. Pour into a non-stick loaf pan (use non-stick spray). Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
