FAMOUS SAUCED STACK-UPS 
3 English muffins, split & toasted
6 slices Canadian bacon, ham or turkey
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, cooked
1 pkg. Durkee white sauce mix (or make own)
1 tbsp. Durkee famous sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

On a baking sheet, top each toasted English muffin half with a bacon, ham or turkey slice, some shredded cheese, 4 or 5 asparagus spears and more shredded cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare medium white sauce according to package directions. Stir in famous sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon warm sauce over baked sandwiches. Makes 6 servings.
