6 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. honey or corn syrup 1/2 c. oil 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. coconut 1 c. raisins or nuts 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. sesame seeds Heat 6 cups oatmeal in two 9 x 13 inch pans in 350 degree oven, 10 minutes. Combine honey and oil and vanilla. Set aside. Add brown sugar, coconut, raisins or nuts, wheat germ and sesame seeds to the warm oatmeal. Pour liquid mixture over oatmeal mixture and bake in two 9 x 13 inch pans at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes. |
