GRANOLA 
6 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
2 c. roasted soy splits
2 c. raw sunflower seeds
(You may use 4 c. sunflower seeds if you cannot find the soy splits)
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. bran
1 1/2 c. dried milk
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cinnamon
Lg. bag coconut
3/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. vanilla

Combine last 4 ingredients and mix well with remainder. Bake in 250 degree oven until lightly brown. Add chopped dried fruit, if desired.
