1 box Duncan Hines yellow deluxe cake mix
1 sm. box Jello instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix only the sugar and cinnamon together in a small jar. Mix remaining ingredients. Place half of this mixed batter in a tubed cake pan, then sprinkle half of the sugar and cinnamon from the jar on top of it. Bake for 30 minutes. Add remainder of sugar mixture to the top of the cake and bake for an additional 10 minutes. This is an especially good breakfast cake.
