CINNAMON STREUSEL COFFEECAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Combine first 5 ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle 1/2 brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over batter. Spoon remaining batter evenly over mixture; top with remaining sugar mixture. Draw knife through batter to make a swirl design. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until tests done in center. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; drizzle over warm cake. Cut into squares to serve. Yield: 15 to 18 servings.

I used gluten free yellow cake mix and substituted plain Greek yogurt for the buttermilk. This recipe was excellent! Very moist and full of flavor. I would definitely make again.
