CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Blend cake mix, pudding mix and 3/4 cup water, add cooking oil and extract, vanilla and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 8 minutes (very important). Pour half of batter into 10 inch tube prepared pan (greased and floured). Sprinkle half of nut mixture over this. Pour in rest of batter and sprinkle remaining mixture over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool 15 minutes more. Drizzle 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon butter extract mixed together.
