2 egg whites
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
2 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
coconut (if you like)

Put all ingredients together and beat except for coconut. The longer you beat, the creamier it will be.
