CRISCO CAKE 
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. milk
1 c. Crisco
5 eggs

Cream sugar and Crisco together. Add eggs, one at a time. Cream. Add half the flour and 1/2 cup milk and beat together. Add remaining flour and milk and beat until well blended. Add extracts. Bake in tube cake pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
