GREEN TOMATO PIE 
4 or 5 green tomatoes (peeled)
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Allspice and some cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle flour over bottom of crust, slice tomatoes REAL THIN and lay in layers. Put sugar on top of tomatoes. Then sprinkle rather heavy with allspice and some cinnamon but not as much as allspice.

Add butter, put top on and bake. Bake just like you would an apple pie. Test to see if tomatoes are done before you take it out of oven.
