PEACH SHERBET 
2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
2 c. peach nectar
2 c. ginger ale
1/4 c. lemon juice

In medium saucepan stir water into sugar and gelatin. Heat and stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Add peach nectar, ginger ale, and lemon juice. Freeze mixture in a 5 quart ice cream freezer. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
