2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced small
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients well and serve, preferably with dip style Fritos.
