CRAB DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 or 7 oz. can of flaked crab (not white)
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. white wine or 1/2 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese with 1 tablespoon wine; add other ingredients. Cook in oven for 15 minutes at 375°F. Serve with Triscuits or other favorite crackers.
