VEGETARIAN CHEESE LOAF 
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. Special K
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese

Beat eggs until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand several minutes before cutting. When doubling, don't double cottage cheese. Serves 6.
