2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. shortening
6 c. (10 1/2 oz. pkg.) miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put chocolate chips, butter, and shortening into large glass bowl; microwave at medium (50%) for 5 to 7 minutes or until soft and smooth when stirred; add marshmallows and nuts; blend well. Spread evenly in a buttered 8-inch square pan; cover and chill until firm; cut into 2-inch squares. Makes 16 squares.
