HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 lbs. beef, cubed
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water

Cook all ingredients together in a casserole dish for 5 to 6 hours at 275 degrees. Mash beef, return to casserole dish. May add mushrooms, if desired. Check after 3 hours, may be done depending on cut of beef. Serve on buns. NOTE: Freezes well.
