EASY PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped or halves pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

In a large bowl stir the first 5 ingredients until well blended. Pour into the pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Serves 8.
